Trouble showing Website URL's from Flows

I have created Flows and voice trigger routines for 7 cameras for display on a Show 8. The camera Website URLs are https:// links that are directed to Blue Iris on port 443 on Windows 10 Home.
I have been able to use the voice triggers and manual triggers to start Flows. But the displays very rarely occur. I've included an 'Announcement text' of the camera's name as the first item of each Flow so I can be sure that the correct Flow has triggered. Alexa will always announce the text and then display the Voice Monkey logo, but Silk seldom opens, nor does the video. I can open each camera link from a browser.
The 'API URL' v2 link for each FLow works consistently from a browser.
Image URLs work consistently from Flows.
Do you have any advice?

Frank this should now be fixed, please verify.
For some reason the "Open Website" action was working when it was the only action in a Flow, but as soon as a "Speech" action went before it, it would not work (unless you added a "Wait" action between them).
This should work for your set-up now, please let me know if not.

Christian: Every camera works now !! Thank you. That took care of the issue.
Only other issue, which is one you probably can't fix is the issue of website staying on for an extended period.

Christian: Thank you Christian. I've tried lots of approaches to make it work -- hoping I am doing something wrong. But I haven't been able to break the code.
