In order to start a flow verbally, seems you have to say, "Alexa, ask Voice Monkey to start flow 1 0 0 0" . Could that be, "Alexa, ask Voice Monkey [keyword] ? The "keyword" would refer to a one word name of the flow such as, list, names, items, cars, callers, calls, caller, etc.

Hi Frank. There's no plan to create that feature at the moment simply because it might lead to a lot of issues with Alexa understanding what is being said by the user. Alexa is much better at understanding specific things like numbers.
You can still achieve what you want by creating an Alexa Routine and in the When This Happens section selecting Voice and then typing the commands you wish to use verbally. Then in the Action typing the Flow initiation phrase you mentioned in a Custom command.
