Frequent Disconnections with Voice Monkey Skill

Hello,
After resolving the API issue, I am now facing a different problem with the Voice Monkey skill. It works temporarily, but the credentials frequently expire, requiring me to relink the skill with my Amazon account.
Issue Details:
- The skill works initially after linking, but soon stops functioning, prompting a message that the credentials have expired.
- This issue occurs very frequently—today alone, I had to relink the skill three times.
- This makes using Voice Monkey increasingly unsustainable.

Hi all,
This should be fixed as of late December.
If you're still experiencing the issue, please disable and re-enable the Voice Monkey skill in the Alexa app and hopefully it shouldn't randomly disconnect again.

Hello! Apologies for the delayed response on this.
The issue has been reported by more and more users over the past month.
Unfortunately being a small Skill we don't get much support from Amazon to help us debug but I have noticed recently that the Alexa smart home APIs have changed a little in how they function.
I have made a small change so hopefully that will help this particular situation, but let me know if you're still getting frequent Skill disconnections from now on.

The problem is that support is not answering any email or feedback..:! Im paying for this app monthly but im not getting any support and app is not working fine.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one. When I started using the Voice Monkey Skill about a year ago, it stayed connected with very few hiccups. In recent weeks, it has disconnected many times-- 2 times in the last 18 hours.
What, if anything can we do to keep the accounts linked? It's great when it works.

Just a thought... Could it be your ISP keeps on expiring the app or could the problem be on amazons side (for those that use it in alexa). As I have a really flakey internet connection and this causes the app to misbehave.
